I have been with Groove for just over a month now. During my time with the company, I've been very impressed with the environment that has been created to make employees and potential customers comfortable working with the company. I have been successful since day one selling the products Groove has to offer, which is due in large part to the product training that I have received from the company. I feel that if I can be successful working for this company that anyone can be. I have worked for companies in the past that never sold me on why they were in business; companies who made it evident that the focus was only on making money. In contrast, from my first day with Groove, I have been reminded as to why Groove is in business. Of course they have to make money to stay in business. However, they genuinely care about my success. Groove creates a fun, comfortable place to work but at the same time they help to bring out the best in you. I have really enjoyed working with Groove and hope to be here for a very long time.
