After living in Poland for two years I came back to the U.S. looking for an opportunity to grow, progress and magnify myself as a person as well as a leader. Since working with Groove I have had a lot asked of me and have had to make a lot of sacrifices along the way. I have found that the hard work and sacrifice has been more than worth it and continues to pay me dividends in all aspects of my life.
I partnered with groove because of the opportunity to learn from those who aspire and lead me to become a better me as well as the growth opportunity within a company who cares more about its representatives than its product.
My hero is my father John Kelly. He is my hero because I’ve never met a man who worked harder and was less selfish than my Dad. He is a phenomenal leader, who teaches and leads with love, kindness, understanding and confidence.
When I grow up I want to be the best father and husband that I can be; a man who provides for his wife and children and coaches whatever sport his kids are involved in.
